There are several easy steps to taking your blood pressure with this monitor. First of all, avoid eating, smoking, and exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. The Omron HEM-780 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor works really well. I really like the ComFit cuff, it makes it much better to get it on. The memory is really useful and a real plus. All around good product.
